In response, Welltime’s Patient Connections solution now comes with a premium feature that actively converts traditional callers into online bookers: Patients who call their practice for an appointment automatically receive an email (or a text message when no email address is available) with a friendly ‘did you know?’ message and a link that encourages them to go online for all future communication!
