WT-Reminderer
At the time of appointment, the receptionist asks for the patient's consent to send an automated computer generated voice reminder to them on their landlines or mobile phone, in their own language. Near the appointment date, the Welltime System WT-Reminderer automatically calls the patient and remind them saying "Hello, you have a doctor's appointment tomorrow at 10:30a.m., please press 1 to confirm you are coming, or press 2 to cancel, press 3 to rearrange this appointment automatically". Just by pressing 1 and 2, the system will know who is intending to come and who is not. This information is updated in the Dentists Practice management system and the receptionists can view it.
